You will set strategic direction and guardrails for APIs, events, messaging and platform integration, enabling local autonomy while ensuring consistency and security. You will translate ABB goals into a scalable, secure integration roadmap and oversee architectural reviews. Responsabilità
- Direct enterprise integration strategy and processes to embed architectural change across the organization
- Develop and maintain ABB-wide architecture best practices, standards, and guidelines
- Assess existing IT environment and define future-state architecture; oversee design reviews
- Monitor compliance of the architecture landscape and inform cross-ABB roadmaps
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10+ years in architecture roles with strong enterprise integration experience in large, decentralized organizations
- Experience with API-led and event-driven architectures at scale
- Ability to operate in governance-heavy environments without slowing delivery
- Technical expertise in API Management (REST, GraphQL, Async APIs), messaging/integration platforms, multi-cloud/hybrid integration, domain-driven design and security patterns for integration
- Strong understanding of EA domains (business, application, data, technology)
- Strategic thinking with execution focus; excellent communication and facilitation for C-suite and engineering teams
