Overview

In this role, you will conduct insurance-focused audits across life, non-life, pension, and reinsurance, coordinating head office and cross-country reviews. You’ll ensure compliance with internal audit methodology and external regulations, while supporting documentation and reporting for management. You’ll lead risk assessments and design risk-based audit programs, and contribute to data analytics testing. This position offers exposure to international audit work within a supportive, innovation-driven environment, with opportunities to shape controls and processes across the group.

Responsabilità

- Perform insurance business audits (Life, Non-Life, Pension, Reinsurance, Distribution) including Head Office and cross-country audits
- Ensure compliance with internal audit methodology, risk management, and external requirements (Italian/European)
- Support in preparing documentation for business-as-usual activities (audit reports, quarterly and ad hoc reporting)




- Carry out risk assessments and develop risk-based audit programs
- Contribute to data analytics analyses and testing
- Collaborate with Audit Manager/Head of Function to deliver high-quality audit outcomes

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Actuarial
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in internal or external audit or relevant insurance functions
- Experience/knowledge of Insurance business processes across life, health, P&C; and reinsurance
- Experience/knowledge of EU IDD/POG regulations
- Ability to evaluate internal controls, perform risk assessments, and execute audits
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
- Proficient computer skills with MS Office; familiarity with data analytics
- Fluent English
