Mosaico is an open-source data platform for robotics and physical AI. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer in compression to analyze, select, and implement compression strategies for multimodal data inside mosaicod.
The role emphasizes tradeoffs between compression ratio, latency, and CPU cost, within a Rust-based pipeline. The work is built in the open under Apache 2.0, with remote flexibility and an emphasis on contributing to the open-source codebase.
