They will independently manage project progress to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met. They will have the opportunity to liaise internally with departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Assembly and Sales, as well as with international suppliers, and will be able to oversee inter-company and RD projects. /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliApplying and ensuring the application of the company’s Project Management Framework (including Methodology, Policy, Process and Tools) and the Project Governance Model. /liliReview the consistency of the project scope, time and cost constraints against the original business case or the customer’s order/contract.
/liliIdentifying and engaging project stakeholders (including those from the client, where applicable). /liliEnsuring that the project is executed and that project objectives are achieved whilst adhering to all project constraints (budget, time, scope, quality). /liliCoordinating key project communications and ensuring the creation and archiving of all necessary project documentation. /li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering; /lili3–5 years’ experience in project management within industrial environments and well-structured matrix organisations; /liliExperience in the pharmaceutical sector is preferred; /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); /liliExcellent command of English; /liliKnowledge of SAP business management software (preferred); /liliAbility to manage projects independently; /liliProblem-solving skills and good analytical and organisational skills; /liliStrong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills; /liliFlexibility and the ability to work well as part of a team. /li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40.800, in line with experience.
