About the Role We are looking for a
BI Analyst
to join Onetag's Finance Unit and help shape the next chapter of our Business Intelligence capability. Reporting to the
Head of FP&A;, BI and Consolidation , you will contribute to
BI 2.0
— a strategic programme designed to strengthen how the Group defines, owns and delivers trusted KPIs.
From day one, you will work closely with your manager and with colleagues across Finance, Data Science and Data Engineering. Together, you will translate business questions into reliable data products, learn the Group's data landscape and build strong foundations for consistent, decision-ready reporting.
As your business knowledge and confidence grow, you will take increasing ownership of dashboards, KPI governance and stakeholder relationships, with a clear path towards managing BI initiatives more independently. About the Team The
BI 2.0 squad
brings together Finance and Data Science around a shared goal: making data easier to trust, understand and use. Finance sets business priorities and owns KPI governance, while Data Science and Data Engineering provide the technical expertise behind pipelines, models and BI tooling. You will join a team where knowledge is shared openly and business and technical perspectives carry equal weight.
You will initially partner closely with the
Head of FP&A;, BI and Consolidation
and with the Data Science and Data Engineering teams, receiving context, guidance and technical support as you become familiar with our systems and priorities. Over time, you will become a trusted bridge across these teams and expand your collaboration to Commercial stakeholders in Demand, Supply, Curation and Aryel.
What You'll Do Delivery Contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of the QuickSight dashboard suite covering revenue, margin, opex, cash and performance versus budget and prior year Work alongside Data Engineering to consolidate the Finance data mart, connecting AWS/OT ad-serving data with Netsuite and Excel sources Support consistent and meaningful P&L; comparability across Onetag and other companies of the Holding Help maintain and evolve the shared KPI dictionary, documenting formulas, sources, refresh cadence and ownership Gradually take end-to-end ownership of selected dashboards and analytical workstreams as your expertise develops
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with the Head of FP&A;, BI and Consolidation to understand priorities, frame business questions and validate outputs with the FP&A; team Collaborate day to day with Data Science and Data Engineering, translating business needs into clear requirements and contributing to practical technical solutions Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and progressively lead BI conversations, from requirements gathering through delivery and adoption As the BI capability expands, collaborate with Demand, Supply, Curation and Aryel stakeholders to bring high-quality insights to new business domains
Process & Governance Support the intake and coordination of BI requests through Jira/ClickUp, helping maintain clear visibility of status, priorities and service levels Learn and apply the prioritisation framework across Finance, Executive and wider business requests, progressively taking responsibility for managing selected workstreams Enable Finance self-service by creating clear documentation, sharing knowledge and supporting stakeholders in using data confidently Identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, efficiency and user experience,
proposing solutions with the support of your manager and technical colleagues
What You Bring Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience 3–5 years of experience
in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Business Analysis or FP&A;, ideally in a role connecting data and business stakeholders Hands-on experience with
BI platforms
— QuickSight is a plus, while Tableau, Power BI or Looker are equally valued — and a solid working knowledge of
SQL Confidence working with Excel and exposure to Finance systems such as Netsuite or equivalent platforms A sound understanding of financial reporting fundamentals, including P&L;, cost structures, actual versus budget and variance analysis The ability to discuss KPI definitions and calculation methodologies clearly with both Finance and technical colleagues A proactive and reliable approach: comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas and taking increasing ownership as context and experience grow Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working across a cross-functional team spanning
Milan, Pisa and London Fluent

or another data-intensive digital business, or curiosity to learn metrics such as fill rate, win rate, take rate and CPM Exposure to data mart development, BI tool migration or analytics transformation projects Interest in AI-assisted analytical workflows, such as using AI tools for query drafting, documentation or exploratory analysis
