Facilitate execution of transformation initiatives across Supply Chain
Coordinate activities, stakeholders, timelines and milestones for strategic programs
Drive cross‐functional alignment and governance for transformation projects
Support S&OP; deployment, inventory planning and continuous improvement
Coordinate Inventory War Room and ensure timely action implementation
Identify trade-offs across planning, inventory, operations, logistics and commercial priorities
Escalate bottlenecks and risks to ensure timely delivery
Develop and monitor transformation roadmaps with functional leaders
Prepare executive updates and management reports for senior leadership
Support outsourcing and carve‐out assessments and business case development
Promote standardized governance and reporting across the portfolio
Partner with IT and business to define requirements for tech solutions
Lead change management activities and stakeholder engagement
Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps
