Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a motivated candidate to join the Woolrich Trade Marketing team as an intern, focusing on wholesale and retail channels.
The intern will support the team in the coordination and execution of ongoing and upcoming Trade Marketing projects, contributing to the development of initiatives aimed at strengthening the brand’s visibility and presence across partner retailers and direct stores.
The role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Trade Marketing, data analysis, project coordination, and the management of marketing materials, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsabilities
- Support the planning and coordination of Trade Marketing projects and initiatives across wholesale and retail channels.
- Support the analysis of sales and performance data, preparing reports and insights to monitor the effectiveness of activities.
- Assist in the management, organization, and distribution of Trade Marketing materials for retail and wholesale activities.
- Provide operational support for retail and wholesale initiatives, ensuring activities are implemented according to timelines and guidelines.
- Collaborate with Key Accounts and retail teams to support the proper execution of Trade Marketing activities at points of sale.
- Support the coordination of seasonal window displays, brand activations, and other in-store initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Marketing, Sales, and Visual Merchandising, as well as external suppliers and partners.
- Collect feedback from markets and support the monitoring of project results and campaign effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of business and marketing principles, with a strong interest in Trade Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, and the fashion industry.
- Good analytical skills and an interest in working with data and reports.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Previous experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail, or Fashion is considered a plus.
This internship comes with a monthly expense reimbursement of 600€, plus a range of company benefits.
