Job Title:
Tolling intern
Summary:
The Tolling Intern will support the Global and EMEA Tolling Leader to manage all aspects (EHS, quality, service, financial) of Momentive production made at external suppliers for European market.
Responsibilities Include:
· Supports the Tolling leader in collecting and analyzing data to measure Tollers’ performance and Tolling KPI’s · Supports the Tolling leader in the communication with tollers for problems related to Quality, Service.
· Supports in the verification that tollers are complying with all MPM EHS and Quality requirements
· Supports the Tolling leader in administrative functions (verification of price vs invoice, volumes, costs etc) and in the communication between MPM functions and tollers.
· Supports the Tolling leader in the Management of change process, to track the changes at the tollers.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or industrial chemistry
- Highly motivated and energetic with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
What We Offer:
N/A Compensation for this role will be competitive and aligned with market practices in the respective location and, where applicable, with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL), including relevant sector agreements (e.g., the Chemical Industry agreement or,
for executive roles, the agreement for Executives of Companies Producing Goods and Services in Italy). Actual pay is determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, and geographic location.
The compensation package includes a fixed salary and, where applicable, participation in collective performance-based reward programs linked to Company and individual performance and governed by applicable collective bargaining and company agreements.
