- Create, oversee and promote a safety-first culture
- Analyze and implement changes to sustain high quality and productivity

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Experience managing teams
- Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in data-driven business operations
- Fluent Italian and English (C1 or higher)
