Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end strategic workstreams to shape the Group Strategy, aligning plans with insurance and asset management leadership. You’ll translate complex macro trends into actionable insights and executive-ready materials for Board and investors. You’ll build reusable strategic tools, drive cross-functional collaboration, and apply AI-enabled analytics to accelerate decision-making. This position offers a chance to influence Group-wide priorities, governance, and sustainable growth in a global matrix environment.

Responsabilità
- Own specific workstreams within the annual strategy planning process from framing to final documentation
- Develop benchmarking, scenario analyses, and ad-hoc studies leveraging external data and proprietary assets
- Conduct periodic reviews of Business Units' strategies and market positions
- Prepare Board-level and investor-facing materials (Strategy Day, Investor Day, quarterly updates)
- Lead KPI monitoring: track plan delivery,
synthesize findings, brief senior stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali
- MSc or equivalent in economics, finance, engineering, management, or related fields
- 5-7 years’ experience in insurance, financial services, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related areas
- Structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analysis
- Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills (scenario analysis, KPI frameworks, value driver trees, business cases)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar tools a plus
- Solid understanding of insurance and financial services business models, dynamics, profitability drivers
- Ability to prepare clear executive materials for senior management, Board, and investor contexts
- Practical familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity solutions in analytics workflows
- Analytical rigor and attention to detail
- Strategic judgement and ability to translate analysis into decision implications
