ph3Azienda /h3 ul liLeading financial services multinational /li liInternational environment focused on technological innovation /li /ul pLeading financial services multinational. /p h3Offerta /h3 ul liProvide day-to-day operational support for production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability of critical services. /li liDevelop, maintain and enhance automation scripts and tools using Bash, Python and Ansible to streamline operational tasks and incident response. /li liMonitor system performance, proactively identify issues and implement solutions to prevent service disruptions. /li liCollaborate with development, QA and infrastructure teams to implement practices for deployment, monitoring and incident management. /li liParticipate in on‑call rotation and respond to production incidents, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution. /li liMaintain and improve configuration management, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code practices. /li liDocument operational processes, troubleshooting steps and automation workflows. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 ul liProven experience in a production support or SRE role within a complex, high‑availability environment. /li liStrong automation skills with proficiency in Bash, Python and Ansible.



/li liExperience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic stack, Datadog). /li liSolid understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration and troubleshooting. /li liFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and containerisation technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes). /li liExperience with configuration management and infrastructure as code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation). /li liKnowledge of networking fundamentals, security practices and incident management processes. /li liExcellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. /li liStrong communication and collaboration skills. /li /ul h3Desirable skills /h3 ul liExperience with version control systems (e.g. Git). /li liFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture. /li liExposure to database administration and troubleshooting (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). /li liScripting or automation experience with other languages (e.g. Go, Ruby). /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liCompetitive salary /li liOne day of working from home per week /li liEngaging company culture with a focus on innovation. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
