​We are supporting a real estate investment firm in its search for an Investment Senior Analyst to join its Hospitality team.This opportunity would suit an analytical professional with a background in real estate investment, hospitality advisory or a related field, looking to develop their career within the hospitality sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the analysis and assessment of hospitality investment opportunities.Build and maintain financial models, including valuations and sensitivity analyses.Research hotel markets, operating performance and sector trends.Assist with due diligence and the preparation of investment presentations.Support portfolio monitoring and work with internal teams and external advisers.Candidate ProfileRelevant experience in real estate investment, investment banking, transaction advisory or hospitality consulting.Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.Experience with hotel assets or a strong understanding of hospitality investment.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to present findings clearly.A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.Discipline(s): Energy Finance, Corporate and Professional​Job type: Permanent
