The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outbound calls and emails, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team. The role includes researching target markets, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up on inbound inquiries to generate new business opportunities. The Sales Development Representative will collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, support campaigns, and provide feedback on lead quality. Consistent communication with internal teams and potential clients is essential to drive pipeline growth and support revenue objectives.
