LIVIA Health and Senior Living in Milan is seeking a Head of M&A; to lead the acquisition engine from first contact to full integration. You will work directly with the founders and turn a handful of deals into a repeatable machine.

The role requires deal experience in the Italian mid-market, fluency in Italian and English, autonomy, and the ability to design and execute due diligence, structuring, and integration playbooks while building a scalable M&A; team.
