Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building; Responsible for technical support and quality system and warranty system construction; Responsible for the formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations; Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan; Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans; Responsible for setting up the training classes; Responsible for KPI development of warranty team; Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers; Fluent English and Italian.
