Opportunity

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst.

The Supply Chain

Analyst will contribute to the analysis, optimization, and transformation of the end-to-end supply chain, with a specific focus on logistics network design, operational processes, and planning systems. The role operates within a complex industrial environment (professional coffee machines and vending machines), characterized by high product variety, a global supply base, and strong integration between manufacturing, distribution, and after-sales operations.

The role will mainly focus on:

- Supporting Supply Chain footprint and logistics network optimization projects, including manufacturing plants, distribution hubs and warehouses.
- Contributing to the improvement of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, planning models and operating systems.
- Performing data analysis, what-if simulations and scenario modelling to support business decisions.
- Monitoring key Supply Chain KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and tracking project benefits.
- Supporting the execution of Supply Chain projects, continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to have:

- Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Engineering, Logistics, Operations, Continuous Improvement or similar roles.
- Experience in project-based environments and in working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; knowledge of Power BI,



SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems and/or planning tools.
- Proactive attitude and good communication skills.
- Fluent English.

Nice to have:

- Experience in complex manufacturing environments, ideally within electromechanical, professional equipment, coffee machine or vending machine industries.
- Exposure to Supply Chain optimization, network design, logistics projects or Lean / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with spare parts, service supply chains, complex products or global multi-site Supply Chain environments.

- B2 classification under the Italian Metalworkers' Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria). Gross annual salary (RAL) starting from €40,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and seniority.
