We are headquartered in Milan, Italy, and have offices in France, UK, Albania, US, and Hong Kong. We are looking for a Supplier Development Specialist who will be responsible for the development and management of the international network of premium Chauffeur Service Partners, with the goal of ensuring high service standards, market coverage, and operational performance. This role will play a key part in identifying new partnership opportunities and managing strategic relationships with international suppliers and partners.
How you will contribute Support the analysis of market data, operational KPIs, and financial performance to support strategic decisions related to pricing, profitability, territorial coverage, and Partner network development. Support to identify, develop, and manage strategic Partners,
overseeing commercial negotiations, onboarding, training, and alignment with company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care) to optimize processes and support strategic quotations, tenders, and complex events.
How you will succeed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, International Relations, Tourism Management, or a related field. You have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent), with strong written and verbal communication skills in international business environments.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, partners, and multicultural teams.
