What We Are Looking For ?
For our office in Millesimo (SV), we are looking for someone to join the cost control department.
After an initial onboarding and training period, the employee will gradually take on responsibilities related to analytical management control and executive reporting, as further detailed below.
Controlling & Cost Control
- Management of the Cost Center Plan and General Cost Orders
- Supervision and management of the work centers and ongoing updates to the distribution cycles
- Depreciation and Amortization Management (Financial Reporting and Management Accounting)
- Management of Periodic Analytical Closings
- Order tracking, including the management of project master data, client orders by project, and cross-sector orders
Reporting & Business Analysis
Preparation of periodic reports regarding:
- Product value, revenue,
and outstanding orders (broken down by sector and company)
- Inventory Valuation and Trends
- Operating income by segment and by company
- Variance analysis between planned and actual data, with a focus on profit margins and overhead costs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (Economics, Science, or Technical-Mechanical tracks)
- A degree in economics is preferred
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP CO/FI modules or equivalent business management systems)
- Excellent proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work toward goals
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team
- 2–3 years of prior experience at leading audit firms and/or in project-based companies equipped with advanced management control systems
