Social Media & Communication Intern — Curricular Internship

DENISA RAD is seeking a Social Media & Communication Intern to join the team in Milan.

The internship offers hands-on experience in the communication of an independent Made in Italy fashion brand, from collection launches and fashion shows to press activities and international market development.

As DENISA RAD works closely with partners in Asia, the role will also involve adapting content for Chinese social media platforms, where communication styles and audience expectations differ from those of European platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the planning and creation of content for Instagram, RedNote and other brand channels
- Assist with copywriting, publishing and day-to-day social media management
- Adapt content for different audiences and platforms, with particular attention to the Chinese market
- Support the preparation of communication materials for collection launches, events and sales campaigns
- Assist with press outreach, media monitoring and the organisation of brand assets
- Help coordinate communication with international partners and collaborators
- Monitor social media performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement

PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE

- Currently enrolled in a university programme that allows for a curricular internship agreement
- Studying Fashion Communication, Marketing, Media,



PR or a related field
- Strong writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current fashion communication trends

• Fluency in English; Italian and Chinese language skills will be considered a plus

- Knowledge of RedNote or other Chinese social media platforms will be considered a strong plus
- Organised, proactive and attentive to detail, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interest in contemporary fashion, Made in Italy craftsmanship and international markets
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
