We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join our M Renewables team in Italy for the construction of utility-scale solar projects.

Your role will encompass

- studies deeply project SOW including engineering drawings, BOM, material purchase orders and subcontract requisitions
- reports project progress to the Project Manager
- oversees, with the help of site engineers, subcontractors's installation works
- reports daily about the material received onsite
- liaise, in collaboration with Procurement and Logistics departments, with suppliers to arrange the material deliveries
- monitors compliance with Melen Energy & Metals technical requirements and all the applicable norms and standards




- manage the site facilities from a technical and administrative point of view. Rent offices, provide the necessary utilities (water, electricity, internet), organize cleaning activities stipulating contract with local suppliers
- liaise with DL and CSE where necessary
- you will formally assume the role of "Preposto" (site supervisor as per Italian HSE legislation)

What you bring to the role:

- minimum 5 years working experience as site manager within construction
- University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Civil Engineering is a plus
- excellent use of Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD
- leadership and negotiation skills
- attention to details
- willingness to relocate
- fluent knowledge of Italian and English

Compensation & Contractual Framework The starting gross annual salary (RAL) for this position is €48.200, based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. Applicable CCNL: MetalmeccanicoCNA Level / Inquadramento: B3

The final compensation may reflect the candidate’s relevant experience and competencies, in line with the Company’s remuneration framework.
