Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical Location: Milan, Italy Contract: Freelance – 12 months On-site: 5 days per week Start: ASAP We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join a major pharmaceutical project in the Milan area.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6 Manage integrated engineering, construction and commissioning programmes Coordinate schedules across cleanrooms, HVAC, piping, electrical and automation packages Monitor progress against the baseline schedule Produce weekly progress reports, forecasts and look-ahead schedules Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project stakeholders Identify programme risks,
delays and critical path activities Support recovery and mitigation planning through construction and commissioning Requirements: Strong Primavera P6 experience Previous pharmaceutical project experience Strong understanding of xrdztoy MEP, cleanroom and commissioning activities Experience working on large-scale construction or EPC/EPCM projects Italian and English language skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills If you are interested or would like further information, please get in touch or send across your CV.
