Senior Planner – Pharmaceutical

Location: Milan, Italy
Contract: Freelance – 12+ months
On-site: 5 days per week
Start: ASAP
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join a major pharmaceutical project in the Milan area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the project schedule using Primavera P6
- Manage integrated engineering, construction and commissioning programmes
- Coordinate schedules across cleanrooms, HVAC, piping, electrical and automation packages
- Monitor progress against the baseline schedule
- Produce weekly progress reports, forecasts and look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and project stakeholders
- Identify programme risks, delays and critical path activities
- Support recovery and mitigation planning through construction and commissioning
Requirements:
- Strong Primavera P6 experience
- Previous pharmaceutical project experience
- Strong understanding xkiyazw of MEP, cleanroom and commissioning activities
- Experience working on large-scale construction or EPC/EPCM projects
- Italian and English language skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
