? Must be based in Italy – No sponsorship available We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Senior Consultant to join a long-term project supporting complex payroll operations, SAP Payroll configuration, and payroll transformation initiatives.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll
- Manage Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and Payroll Functions
- Support payroll enhancements, integrations, and business processes
- Ensure payroll compliance, controls, and reconciliation
- Prepare functional specifications and testing documentation
- Support UAT, SIT, regression, and parallel payroll testing
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to business teams
? Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of SAP HCM Payroll experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll configuration
- Expertise in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and payroll processing
- Experience with Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management
- Experience with payroll testing, reconciliation, and data migration
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with international or complex payroll environments
- SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP Fiori
- Payroll transformation projects
- Knowledge of UN payroll processes
- Italian language skills
