Overview As Territory Manager for Italy North, you drive growth for CooperSurgical's medical devices in operating rooms and delivery suites within private clinics and hospitals. You will build strong surgeon, OR, and L&D; stakeholder relationships, support product launches and transitions, and train customers on application and maintenance. This field-based role spans public and private sectors, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and KOL engagement to achieve sales objectives.
You will work within the South Europe Sales Team, shaping adoption of innovative solutions in a dynamic healthcare landscape.
Retribuzione / Benefits competitive total compensation plan variable pay opportunity agevolazioni package Responsabilità Make sales calls to surgeons, OR and L&D; management, nursing and administration Engage office-based sales opportunities across targeted customers Communicate product benefits for surgical practice and OR use Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the territory for product support Compile weekly/monthly sales and activity reports for Sales Manager Plan and execute sales plans to reach territory targets Complete training on products and surgical applications, pass examinations, and demonstrate competency to Management Train physician, nursing,
and sterile processing staff on proper use and maintenance of products Update CRM with customer information and review with management Participate in national/regional sales exhibits during congresses as needed Submit expenses and paperwork timely Travel as needed, including international travel for training and meetings Perform other duties as assigned by management Requisiti fondamentali ~+3-5 years (or more) field sales experience in a surgical and/or OR environment ~ Prospecting, opening, stakeholder engagement and mapping, qualification & investigation, preparation, demonstration, negotiation & acquisition, closing, and objection handling skills ~ Fluent in Italian and good level of English (written and verbal) ~ Education: Degree, preferably in a business-related discipline or scientific degree ~ Experience in engaging and training customers and cross-functional teams ~ Strong organization and CRM/Microsoft Office proficiency ~ Able to work across Public and Private sectors and manage multiple tasks ~ Strong communication skills ~ Stakeholder management ~ Self-starter and multi-tasking ~ Microsoft Office proficiency ~ CRM tool proficiency ~ Product training and clinical demonstration capabilities
