Sales & Applications Engineer - Incinerators

Overview In this role you will support the Milan area by managing proposals and design specifications for Zeeco’s incineration products. You will work closely with customers, travel to sites for technical review, and coordinate cross-discipline efforts to deliver compelling quotations. You’ll develop cost estimates, set pricing, and guide commercial discussions to maximize winning potential.
This role combines engineering insight with business acumen in a global oil & gas context, enabling you to shape high-impact solutions.
Responsabilità
- Analyze customer inquiries and specifications to design and specify suitable equipment
- Travel to customer facilities for site support and technical review for proposals
- Assist with technical development and risk assessment of inquiries
- Develop cost estimates and determine product pricing per guidelines
- Identify required drawings for quotation and coordinate their completion
- Prepare and issue formal quotations; follow up during quotation phase
- Engage in post-proposal discussions and negotiations with customers
- Provide status reports on proposal progress to management
- Assist in creating sales presentations and documents using Microsoft Office, Publisher, Adobe and web systems
- Support commercial discussions with clients and update skills/tools as needed
- Collaborate with management to identify training and tooling needs; perform other duties as assigned
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master Degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy Engineering or related field)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Proven experience in the oil & gas sector
- Willingness to travel worldwide for short but frequent trips
