Ramming Machine Operator

**Join Nexten Solar’s experienced field team.
** We are looking for an experienced Ramming Machine Operator who can work at solar project sites across Europe. As our teams move from one project to the next, this position requires travel to sites in different countries.
Applicants must hold a valid EU passport or European residence and work authorisation that permits them to work in the countries of assignment.
Scope of responsibilities
• Operating hydraulic pile-driving equipment for the installation of solar mounting structures.
• Installing posts in accordance with project specifications and site instructions.
• Performing routine equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs.
• Coordinating with other teams while following site safety procedures.
Requirements
• Experience operating ramming machines or similar equipment.
• Willingness and ability to travel to and work at different project sites across Europe.
• A valid EU passport or residence and work authorisation valid in the countries of assignment.
• A commitment to workplace safety and the ability to work effectively with the field team.
