Overview In this role you will ensure that project scope of supply meets quality contractual requirements while collaborating with the Project Manager and support functions. You'll establish quality plans, manage risks and non-conformances, and drive timely delivery of quality documentation. You'll monitor punch lists, share performance data with leadership and customers, and contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned.
This position blends hands-on quality activity with project leadership on customer-facing energy projects.

Responsabilità
- Create quality plans incorporating customer requirements and regulatory needs
- Own quality requirements to support project execution with risk mitigation
- Manage non-conformance and concession approvals to ensure contractual compliance
- Communicate with internal/external customers and build strong relationships
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to leadership and customers
- Monitor punch lists to aim for zero at shipment
- Ensure on-time delivery of quality documents and certification books
- Feed lessons learned into processes and support strategic initiatives
- Mentor new team members and define project quality roadmap
- Support Quality Management reviews and business reviews
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree qualification in Project Management, Engineering or Quality Management, or equivalent experience (Master recommended)
- Solid experience in QA/QC processes and their application
- Analytical and reporting skills with problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Experience in quality or project management, preferably in the energy sector
- Quality auditor training & qualification (desired)
- Oil & Gas industry experience (desired)
- Strong communication (oral and written)
- Interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Influence and ability to lead small teams
- Quality Assurance/Control processes
