PROPOSAL MANAGER – ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
- Support with institutional and commercial projects proposal coordination, preparation and submission.
- You will report to the head of the proposals and the domain business development responsible.
- You will support with the management of the entire bidding process, from analysing documentation and interacting with the customer, to drafting and validating the proposal, through to negotiation and contract finalisation.
- You will support organise and coordinate the proposal preparation process, ensuring parallelisation and full compliance with company procedures, customer procurement rules, regulatory standards, export conditions, and contractual constraints.
- You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary contributions, working closely with technical and operational teams to define solutions and architectures aligned with bid objectives.
- You will help update and maintain the company sales, marketing and proposals databases according to the agreed processes and standards.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of proposal management processes and the development of the company's knowledge base.
YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROPOSAL MANAGER
- Master's degree in engineering, Physics, or other technical-scientific disciplines;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent planning, organisational skills, and time management;
- Fluency in English;
- Attention to detail and able to work with a high level of meticulousness;
- Proactive attitude;
- Teamwork player;
- Ability to work successfully under time-sensitive deadlines and in fast-paced environments. xkiyazw
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Location: Sarcedo, Vicenza (Italy);
- Working time: tempo pieno, hybrid as per the internal policy;
- Compensation: fixed term of one year, 25.000€ – 27.000€ based on the candidate's experience.
