About this vacancy
- Manage cross-functional team meetings, adapting to project phases
- Process and track anomalies in company database
- Monitor project progress and provide reports to management
- Participate actively in technical project meetings
- Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes
- Ensure the application of company methodologies for problem analysis and resolution.
What we expect from you
- MSc in Mechanical, Automation or Robotics Engineering
- Ability to read technical drawings and bills of materials
- Capability to prepare presentations and technical reports
- Fluency in Italian and English
- 2+ years of professional experience
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €35,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary,
Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
