Production Director

Manufacturing • Campania, Italy •On-site THE OPPORTUNITY An established international manufacturer is investing in the leadership of its Italian operation, and we are searching for a Production Director to take ownership of its technical performance and lead its next phase.

Backed by a stable, well-invested international group, this is a genuine change mandate. The site is profitable and long-established; the goal now is to modernise the way it works, lift productivity, and build a culture where safety and quality come first. For the right leader, it is a rare chance to make a visible and lasting mark on a business at a pivotal moment.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead the site's technical organisation across Production, Maintenance and R&D.;

WHAT YOU WILL LEAD

- Performance across the full production operation
- The production, maintenance and R&D; teams, and the standards they work to
- A step-change in productivity, efficiency and changeover performance
- A safety-first, quality-led culture across the site
- The technical relationship between the site and the wider group

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR





- A manufacturing leader with a real track record of driving change and measurable productivity improvement
- Strong people and shift leadership: someone who sets clear standards and holds teams to account
- A genuine, visible commitment to safety and quality
- The credibility and communication skills to work closely with an international group
- Experience leading a multi-line production or process operation. We are open to leaders from a range of manufacturing backgrounds who bring fresh thinking
- Italian is important for the site. Additional European languages, Spanish in particular, are an advantage

LOCATION
