- You will learn to manage daily relationships with business partners, handling requests, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth collaboration aligned with business objectives.
- You will learn to prepare and oversee periodic updates on portfolio results and performance, supporting data driven decision making through continuous analysis.
- You will monitor compensation models and incentive plans, ensuring proper implementation and alignment with company objectives, with a particular focus on the P&L; to identify business development and cost optimization opportunities.
- You will monitor and analyse retail partner performance through key KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
- You will collaborate with the Marketing, CVM, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize digital campaigns, landing pages, and partner specific initiatives. ### What you’ll bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence retail partners.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail, and to plan activities to achieve objectives.
- A proactive attitude and a problem-solving approach.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken. ### Why choose us:
