Salary: €35,000–€45,000 + meal vouchers + annual bonuses

About the Role An international organisation is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll activities and support the transition to a new payroll provider.

Important: Applicants must belong to the Protected Categories under Italian Law 68/99 .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes with the external provider.
- Collect, verify and submit monthly payroll data.
- Review and validate payslips.
- Support employees with payroll, compensation and social security queries.
- Ensure compliance with employment and payroll regulations.
- Liaise with the payroll provider to resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Support the payroll provider transition, including implementation, testing and process monitoring.




- Prepare payroll and employee-related reports.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance and Compliance teams.

Requirements
- Mandatory membership of Protected Categories (L.68/99) .
- 2–3 years’ experience in payroll and HR administration.
- Knowledge of payroll, employment, social security and contractual requirements.
- Experience working with external payroll providers.
- Strong Excel and general IT skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- B2-level English or higher for international stakeholder communication.
