As Partner Program Manager at OVHcloud, you will build, activate, and scale a strategic partner ecosystem to generate measurable pipeline and sustainable revenue. You will collaborate with Sales, GTM, and partners to drive co-selling and enablement while shaping the partner program. You will onboard high-potential partners, enable them with training and joint business plans, and monitor performance to maximize impact.
This role offers the chance to influence OVHcloud's market share through data-driven partner strategies.

Partner Acquisition: recruit and onboard high-potential partners (VARs, SIs, MSPs, Consultancies) aligned with cluster priorities
Partner Enablement: train and certify partners; define joint Business Development Plans and go-to-market strategies
Pipeline & Revenue Growth:
drive co-selling and joint account planning to boost partner-driven opportunities
Performance Management: monitor KPIs, run QBRs, and scale top partners while re-engaging or pivoting others
GTM & Ecosystem Activation: lead co-marketing campaigns and enablement events; bridge OVHcloud sales with partner ecosystem
5+ years in Partnership, Channel, or Sales roles in IT (Cloud, Hosting, VARs, SIs, MSPs)
Proven revenue generation through partner channels with execution focus
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and strong understanding of the Cloud market
Fluent in Italian and professional English
Proactive, hands-on attitude in a fast-paced environment with ownership communication proactivity
