THE ROLE

Tempo parziale Front of House Host to open THRIOM at 6:30 each morning: unlock the house, prepare it for the first class and welcome members as they arrive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Unlock at 6:30 and complete the opening checklist: lights, music, temperature, reception, club spaces and changing areas
- Check every space is clean, stocked and presentation-ready
- Greet members and guests warmly and check them in through the booking system
- Introduce first-time visitors to the house, memberships, drop-ins and packs
- Answer calls and messages during your shift and pass on follow-ups
- Report anything broken or missing, and hand over clearly to the next team member

QUALIFICATIONS

- Customer service experience in hospitality,



wellness or another client-facing role
- Warm, polished communication, confident explaining memberships and events to guests
- Fluent Italian and good English; other languages a plus
- Organised and detail-focused, comfortable with booking and check-in software
- Reliable at the door for a 6:30 start, and trusted with keys and alarm codes
- Flexible for occasional evenings or weekends
- Genuine interest in wellness and inclusive, respectful service
- Eligible to work in Italy

ROLE DETAILS

- Minimum commitment of 12 hours per week, up to 20 hours. Exact days and hours can be discussed
