In this role you will lead Deel Local Payroll (DLP) migration efforts and drive cross-functional collaboration to keep complex migrations on track. You will work with product, engineering, compliance, and operations to resolve issues and improve processes. A portion of your time is devoted to AI-enabled automation and process improvements that scale migration workflows.
You'll report to leadership with clear, honest updates and own the end-to-end migration program.
