About the role
To support the continued excellence of our racing products, we are currently looking for a Racing Suit Stitcher to join our Production team.
The selected candidate will be involved in the manufacture of high-performance racing suits worn by professional riders in motorsport disciplines. This is a highly specialized and detail-oriented role,
requiring precision, craftsmanship, and a strong focus on product quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Stitching and assembling technical leather racing suits for professional riders;
- Performing handstitching and machine sewing using flat-bed and post (column) sewing machines;
- Executing high-precision tailoring processes on leather and technical materials;
- Ensuring the finished product meets Alpinestars’ quality, performance, and safety requirements;
- Working closelywith the production team to maintain consistency and attention to detail in every glove.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the production of leather, preferably in high-quality or technical products;
- Excellent proficiency in using flat-bed and post sewing machines;
- Experience withoverlock and double-needle machines is considered a plus;
- Strong attention to detail and precision;
- Willingness to work overtime when required
