The St. Regis Rome is seeking a passionate Sommelier to deliver exceptional wine and sake experiences for our international guests. You will lead by example, inspire the team, and curate a premium beverage program through insightful recommendations and engaging storytelling.
Reporting to the Specialty Restaurant Manager, you will manage wine lists, conduct tastings, and stay ahead of trends while maintaining the highest standards of service in a luxury setting.
