About Giò Forma
Founded in 1998, Giò Forma is a multidisciplinary design studio working across architecture, scenography, exhibitions and events. From cultural landmarks to immersive environments, our projects bring together art, architecture and landscape to give each place a distinct narrative. Working internationally, we collaborate with artists, cultural institutions and brands on projects including the Tree of Life at Milan Expo and Maraya Concert Hall in Saudi Arabia.
The collaboration
We are looking for a Landscape Architect to collaborate with our Milan-based team on cultural, commercial and public projects. You will work alongside architects, designers and artists to develop outdoor spaces that connect landscape with architecture and the wider spatial experience.
Depending on the project, your work may include site analysis, landscape concepts, drawings,
visualisations and presentations; contributions to competitions; and coordination with technical teams through design development and execution.
What we are looking for
- A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional experience
- Strong conceptual and technical landscape design skills, including site analysis and planting design
- The ability to communicate ideas clearly through drawings and visual presentations
- Proficiency in relevant design software, such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite and other 3D modeling software.
- An interest in working across disciplines and integrating landscape with architecture and scenography
- Professional proficiency in English (Italian is an advantage)
- Experience with public spaces, international projects, sustainable landscape design or construction coordination would be an advantage.
