We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Junior Project Manager to provide high quality support to our customers.
Your Growth Opportunities:
- Planning and scheduling of project activities, including WBS, Gantt charts, and milestones.
- Managing the project budget and monitoring costs, including cost control and forecasting.
- Coordinating technical teams (Software, Hardware, Mechanical, and Testing) and customer stakeholders.
- Managing project risks, including risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
- Preparing and managing periodic reporting for both customers and internal management, including status reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Managing change management activities and ensuring proper assessment and implementation of project changes.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English at B2 level.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or PMO in an industrial environment.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably with an OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and PMI/PMBOK.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SAP PPM.
Total compensation:
- Contract type: [Permanent / Fixed-term contract]
- Level: CCNL Commercio [e.g. Executive / Employee Level X]
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €[30.000] – €[35.000] (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
- Benefits: meal vouchers €6.50, corporate agreements/discounts
- Lavoro da remoto: individual remote working agreements
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
