Junior Logistics Specialist

Scarperia-Florence, Italy

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Junior Logistics Specialist to support the effective management of customer service and logistics activities.

In this role, you will build strong professional relationships with customers, Sales teams, third-party logistics partners, warehouses, Quality, and Finance. You will help ensure a smooth order-to-delivery experience, managing returns, rejections, redeliveries, indirect purchase orders, and month-end activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service through proactive communication and timely issue resolution.
- Manage the rejection and return process, coordinating with customers, 3PL partners, warehouses, Quality, and Finance.
- Coordinate redeliveries and provide accurate return-related information to customers, agents, and logistics operators.
- Create and manage indirect purchase orders in the relevant system.
- Support month-end activities related to financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate customer master data.
- Provide support for import process activities when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics and customer service processes.

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree.
- Some experience in Customer Service, Distribution, or Logistics.




- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and focus on achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of logistics and distribution flows.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Ability to coordinate and mediate among multiple stakeholders in a logistics and distribution environment.

Compensation : starting from € 24 500 gross anually per year: Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
