Our flagship product is a laundry detergent in the form of biodegradable strips that dissolve in the washing machine.
We are looking for a passionate and responsible professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong ability to learn quickly, and a willingness to develop new skills.
You will be responsible for maximizing customer retention, LTV, and repeat purchases across Natulim's European international markets through advanced Email Marketing strategies , using data, automation, and continuous testing to directly drive revenue.
Responsibilities Design, execute, and optimize email retention strategies.
Manage the campaign calendar.
Build and improve automated flows: welcome, post-purchase, repeat purchase, winback, churn prevention, cross-sell, and upsell.
Segment audiences based on purchase behavior, engagement, lifecycle, and RFM.
Analyze key metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Revenue per Email, LTV, and Retention Rate.
Run A/B tests on copy, subject lines, creatives, timing, and segmentation.
Work closely with e-commerce, paid media, CX, and product teams to ensure a consistent omnichannel customer experience.
Maintain list health, including deliverability, spam, opt-ins, and sunsetting.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on data and DTC benchmarks.
Requirements 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing , focused on e-commerce / DTC.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo .
Strong data-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
Highly hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Solid knowledge of DTC funnels, lifecycle marketing, and customer retention.
Ability to work across multiple brands or accounts, ideally within an agency or brand group.
Intermediate/advanced copywriting skills focused on conversion.
Experience collaborating with creative and design teams.
Intermediate/advanced English (desirable, but not mandatory).
