Job Purpose The International Programs Specialist supports the International Relations team in coordinating and delivering international programs. The role will gradually take ownership of cross-functional projects and contribute to process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ongoing international programs across bootcamps, study tours, and partnerships.
- Support communication with international partners and stakeholders.
- Track timelines and deliverables, and ensure the smooth execution of activities.
- Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Support the Head of Department in organizing priorities and workflows.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller cross-functional projects.
Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in international education, project coordination, or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
