Inspection/Expediting Project Coordinators

RINA is looking for experienced Vendor Inspection & Expediting professionals for an important international LNG project based in Milan, Italy.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

- Project Expediting Coordinator (PEC) – Rotating / Power Packages
- Project Expediting Coordinator (PEC) – Mechanical Packages
- Project Inspection Coordinator (PIC) – Mechanical / Rotating Equipment
- Project Inspection Coordinator (PIC) – Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project inspection and/or expediting activities.
- Interface with suppliers, inspectors, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Review technical documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformities.
- Monitor procurement activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Support the successful execution of assigned project activities.

Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.




- Previous experience as Project Inspection Coordinator (PIC), Project Expediting Coordinator (PEC), or in a similar role within EPC projects.
- Significant EPC experience in the Oil & Gas and LNG sectors, particularly on international projects involving complex procurement and post-order activities.
- Strong technical knowledge of inspection, expediting, supplier coordination, and package management activities.
- Experience working with international vendors and contractors.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
