As a Influencer & Creator Specialist you will have responsibilities on:

- Defining influencer and creator engagement strategies in partnership with Brand and Media Managers.
- Identifying, evaluating, and selecting influencers and creators to support brand objectives.
- Leading the development of creative briefs and campaign guidance for influencers and creators.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agency partners.
- Ensuring high-quality content delivery and premium campaign execution across all collaborations.
- Managing and continuously evolving influencer, creator, and agency databases to support future best-in-class partnerships.
- Conducting competitive landscape assessments and monitoring industry best practices.
- Staying up to date on influencer marketing trends across key platforms and markets.
- Developing advocacy business cases and recommendations for the assigned scope.

Job Qualifications

- Experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, account management, or a related field,



gained within an agency, brand, or client-side environment.
- Experience within the beauty, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance, identify insights, and translate them into recommendations.
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Curious, accountable, and passionate about staying ahead of digital, social media, and influencer marketing trends.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Tools & Technology

- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Suite.
- Familiarity with influencer discovery, scouting, and campaign management platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is preferred.
