- Variances analysis with respect to standard costs of materials and of direct labor
- Cost analysis and monthly reconciliation process with General Ledger
- Monthly Inventory control and periodic physical inventory counts and related internal audit
- Fixed Assets inventory mangement
- Definition of strong standard operating procedures in line with corporate requirements and deadlines
- Interaction with Operation, Purchasing, Logistic, Sales
- Coordination with Global Shared Services center and Business Platform Controllers.RequirementsTechnical training background preferred managerial engineering or business economy, a base experience in cost accounting and/or industrial controlling, gained in B2B manufacturing project-based or serial productions companies
- Advanced use ofExcel, Google Suite and SAP systems is required,

with particular focus on industrial process management modules; 3/5 Years experience in Industrial controlling in a manufacturing plant possibly in a multinational environment
- Proficient in English language is a must
- Available for domestic travel.Soft Skills:Analysis and synthesis skills with problem solving attitude

- Results oriented.
