About the Role A growing organisation is seeking an HR Business Partner to help develop the HR function and support management across people and organisational priorities. The role combines Talent Acquisition, HR operations, employee support and process development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, from workforce requirements through onboarding.
- Support managers with organisational planning and employee matters.
- Plan workforce requirements based on business growth and operational needs.
- Oversee employment administration and contractual matters.
- Support training, regulatory compliance, health and safety activities.
- Develop Talent Management,
Employer Branding and Retention initiatives.
- Improve and implement HR processes to support organisational growth.
Requirements
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Background in industrial, construction, engineering or technical/operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of Italian employment law and core HR processes.
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Pragmatic, results-oriented and highly autonomous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
- Access to a car is required due to the location.
