Our client is a Mixed Use Real Estate and Hospitality Developer who is seeking a Chief Asset Management Officer who lead the strategic planning, positioning, and operational optimisation of the company's mixed-use assets and destinations. Working closely with development, operations, and investment teams, the role will be responsible for defining the optimal mix of revenue-generating and non-revenue-generating amenities, services, and functions for each location, ensuring alignment with market demand, commercial objectives, customer experience expectations, and long-term asset value creation.

A key responsibility of the role will be to identify, assess, map, negotiate, and secure best-in-class operating partners across all commercial and hospitality components, including retail, food and beverage, hotels, spas, wellness, and fitness facilities.

The Chief Asset Management

Officer will establish the operating model for each asset, ensuring that tenant and operator selection enhances destination appeal, drives sustainable revenue growth, and supports the overall brand proposition.

In addition, the role will oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and ongoing management of branded residence partnerships,

acting as the principal interface between ownership and brand operators. This includes ensuring alignment of brand standards, commercial agreements, operational performance, and customer experience objectives to maximise both asset value and long-term investment returns.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in asset management, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and operator partnerships, with a proven track record of creating integrated destination ecosystems that enhance financial performance, operational excellence, and market competitiveness.

Experience Required

You will have Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills and strong understanding of:

- Hospitality KPIs (RevPAR, GOPPAR, occupancy, etc.)

- Retail and F&B; performance metrics

- Real estate valuation and investment analysis

- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools

10–15 years in asset management, hospitality consulting, or real estate investment

Strong exposure to mixed-use developments with integrated hospitality

Experience working with hotel operators (e.g., branded hotels/residences) is highly preferred
