We're looking for a Growth Associate at Tutorly
We're expanding Tutorly Partners' network, our B2B arm connecting educational agencies with tutors. We need someone to help us grow it across EMEA.
What you'd be doing
- Finding and reaching out to educational agencies (cold outreach, no way around it)
- Pitching Tutorly, following up, closing partnerships
- Helping us keep things running day-to-day as we scale
- Basically owning the relationship side — first contact through to a working partnership
Who this is for: a student or recent grad who wants real sales/BD experience, not busywork. You should be fluent in Italian and English, comfortable picking up the phone or writing a cold email or call without overthinking it, and okay with the fact that a lot of this is figuring it out as you go
Being good at communicating publicly (LinkedIn, decks, whatever) is a plus, since you'll likely be putting yourself out there.
The deal on compensation
What's on the table is up to 10% equity (assessed later, not day one), real ownership over what you build, access to our network of educational agencies, and freedom to talk about the work publicly.
If you need a salary right now, this isn't the role — we're not going to dress that up.
