Overview In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Group learning experience and the We Learn platform used by 88k employees across 40+ countries. You will drive continuous evolution, scalability, and AI-enabled improvements to the digital learning experience. You will partner with the Group Academy and HR teams to align learning initiatives with strategic objectives and ensure robust platform operations.

You will lead a global learning ecosystem, coordinating multiple stakeholders and local managers to implement effective digital learning across the organization. This is a chance to shape how learning supports transformation and workforce readiness at Generali.

Responsabilità
- Lead the end-to-end development and management of We Learn, the global learning platform
- Drive continuous evolution and scalability of the digital learning experience
- Embed AI-enabled solutions to improve learning and harmonize stakeholder requests
- Ensure stable platform operations and support upskilling/reskilling initiatives




- Act as business partner to Group Academy and manage strategic learning projects
- Lead and coordinate a global learning ecosystem across 40+ countries and multiple units
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (product owner, local managers, vendors, SI, partners)
- Maintain alignment with Group learning experience guidelines

Requisiti fondamentali
- 6-8 years in similar roles within structured/international settings
- Proven design/implementation experience of digital learning platforms in multinational orgs
- Experience in international environments and multi-project delivery
- Experience adopting AI and cloud-based HR platforms to enhance learner experience
- Passion for digital transformation and HR process alignment
- English and Italian full proficiency; French/German/Spanish a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Business acumen and ability to translate strategy into learning requirements
- Structured, proactive, solution-oriented mindset
