Overview In this role you will transform global supply chain financial data into actionable insights, improving COGS/COGP transparency and guiding strategic decisions. You will build and standardize analytics, models, and dashboards to support Finance and business leaders, across a matrix, multinational environment. You will drive data quality, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to enable faster, better decisions and continuous improvement.

This is a key expert role shaping global FP&A; analytics capabilities in a leading FMCG group.

Retribuzione / Benefits base salary 45,000–60,000 CCNL Alimentare Industria classification diversity & inclusion policies Fair Pay Certification opportunities for international travel career development in a global company Responsabilità Build and evolve the global Supply Chain FP&A; analytics toolkit (COGS/COGP bridges, scenario models, KPI dashboards) Develop and maintain analytical models to explain COGS performance and forecast drivers (pricing, mix, productivity, inflation, FX, inefficiencies) Standardize COGS frameworks and methodologies; support COGS Transformation initiative Monitor inventory positions and provide insights on working capital, stock levels,

and supply chain performance Lead SG&A; reporting and performance tracking for the Supply Chain function Contribute to global diagnosis initiatives by identifying root causes and improvement levers Create standardized financial models for simulations and what-if/scenario analyses Design and enhance dashboards and KPIs to track Supply Chain and COGS performance across regions Define data models, KPI definitions, and analytical standards; promote automation and reduce manual processes Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance stakeholders; prepare materials for senior management and month-end close Requisiti fondamentali ~4-6 years in FP&A; and/or data analytics ~ Experience in FMCG preferred ~ Strong exposure to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, COGS or Operations analytics ~ Degree in Economics/Business Administration ~ Fluency in English; additional languages a plus ~ Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities ~ Strong understanding of cost structures, COGS drivers, and operational finance ~ Advanced Excel skills (Power Query and Power Pivot);

experience with BI tools, dashboards, and SAP is highly desirable ~ Ability to translate data into clear, structured narratives for senior stakeholders ~ Knowledge of FMCG business processes ~ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in global/matrix environments ~ Effective stakeholder management in a multi-cultural setting ~ Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~ Analytical curiosity ~ Attention to detail ~ Ability to simplify complexity ~ Excel advanced (Power Query, Power Pivot) ~ BI tools and dashboards ~ ERP SAP
